There is some old woman with "blonde" hair who has been working there for such a long time, it doesnt surprise me she is bitter. When I went to ask if I could exchange an item she was very rude and kept talking to me in Spanish. Though I understand Spanish, I still think it is rude to talk to someone in Spanish even though a person has approached you in English. Melrose!!!! I used to like to shop there. The clothes are fabulous and so are the accessories at very good prices!!! After gaining a few pounds it seems that I can not find cute clothes there anymore!!! Melrose should have cute plus sizes available too for us on the voluptious side!!! I am not that big, but the sizes in the more fabulous styles they carry are up to size 13 only. And the undergarments are just to small!!!! i would never shop there even if it was free the mangement was rude and would not even talk to me in english she assume i new spanish my last name is stevens she was on a personnal phone call and would not get off of it and when i asked for a number to her boss she gave me a wrong number in her own hand writing and mind you she was still on the phone and she said that was her store so even if they would give me free things i would never go there again
