The apartments are small but cute. I lived there for 7 yrs. It's income restricted and in the beginning was a special place to live because it borders a horse farm. After a while many drug addicts moved in, many kids creating havoc (slamming on walls all hours of the day, messing around with buildings electrical grids and then some) police are always at the place. I have the worst experience at Melpet evil environment there’s a few good eggs but the bad eggs outweigh any form of goodness

I have lived here for the 8 years that it has been open. The beginning of those eight years was great. Loved it but we have ineffective management. My building alone has been with out heat for 21 days the month of December. You can have a million people living in your apartment with you if you want because management won't do anything you want to deal drugs, go right ahead. You want to break and enter go right ahead. Management will not do anything about it. Thank God for Cameras and PD is right down the street. Just to add ... read more

My building alone has been with out heat for 21 days the month of December. You can have a million people living in your apartment with you if you want because management won't do anything you want to deal drugs, go right ahead. You want to break and enter go right ahead. Management will not do anything about it. Thank God for Cameras and PD is right down the street.
