She has a feather touch and was able to achieve my desired look & feeling with less than what I thought I needed to have done (she advised me to start slow and SO GRATEFUL she did) She listened really thoughtfully, explained procedures really clearly, wasn’t pushy in any way, and was really reassuring. can’t wait to be back!
