This office has become incredibly unprofessional! They never answer the phone, and they schedule appointments but are never actually at the office when it's time for them. I should've trusted my instincts and switched my child to a different dentist. I understand things can come up, but communication is key, and it's sorely lacking here. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would.
