I bought a bike yesterday, and the cashier was pretty unprofessional after he got busy. Granted, he had three customers and a phone call to handle, but he was clearly scatter-brained. I tried to return it today, and the cashier this time was just standoffish. I told him I just got the bike yesterday and handed him my receipt, and he told me he can't refund a bike. I was interested in getting back into biking and they spent considerable time pointing out all the options. I walked out with a perfect Felt road bike and couldn't be happier. Went all over OKC looked at literally every brand of bike out there and basically being sold on another manufactuer. Rolled into Melonbike to look at a Felt just to make sure that i wasnt missing something and found i was an entire bike line! SCOTT! The guys here make you feel more welcome than any place me and my wife went to in the city. Walked out the door with 2 brand new scott bikes and are in love with them.
