A unique dessert shop in the SGV, my amazing wife took me here on the weekend & at first I was a bit sketched out but once I tasted the desserts, it's for sure one of my favorite type of desserts to get. They have plentiful of menu options to choose from which is difficult for me to decide, but we ended up trying their signature mango coconut. We bought a coconut triple yesterday and kept it refrigerated the whole time. The coconut meat looked slightly pink instead of white, and after tasting it, I noticed a fermented, sweet rice wine like flavor. It doesn’t taste fresh and we decided not to continue eating it. This is disappointing, and we hope MeloMelo pays more attention to freshness and quality control, which seems to have declined recently.
