This was a compete joke. We had booked an appointment a week in advance. On the day called to confirm. They asked to push back appointment half hour which we obliged. When we arrived they were unprepared my wife was left in the room disrobed and waiting 20min before we decided to leave. Full refund was given. Very disappointed overall as this was an important mother's day gift.
