We used this company to repair our tv -for conversions problem on the blue, when they took the television from my home they did not carry it out but they let it hit each stair as they took it down the stairs! this is a rear projection tv and that kind of movement causes damage to the alignment of the screen obviously, they should have known that being tv professionals!!! so when the brought it back the alignment was off and I showed it to them but they would not own up to it!
