The location of these apartments is good since it is just off of East Pea Ridge near shopping and interstate access. Bedrooms are good size but the other spaces in the apartment are very small. Appliances very old and barely in working order. Carpet old/stained/mismatched patched spots. Slow to handle repairs. Owner wants to nickel and dime tenants on fees/deposits but doesnt seem to put any money into the property. Nothing was ever fixed when requested. So many things were wrong with the apartment when I moved in (major things) with the promise they would be fixed by Sherrys maintenance....one year later it never happened. I left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in and still somehow lost most of my security deposit. When I did receive it, it was way past 30 days and I had to bug her to get it. She never outlined why she kept so much of it, but basically blew me off as usual. Rent at your own risk!
