Had a horrible experience with Dr. Melody Sillo and the employees at Ampla Health. I went to help translate and they seem to treat Hispanics poorly. Melody did not listen to the patients concerns and was passive-aggressive. She seemed to be bothered for having to be there. Walked out without saying a word so we didn't know if the appointment was over or if she was coming back. We left more confused then when we got there. Ampla health needs to review those who work there and offer a refresher course for ethics ASAP.
