If I could give a 0, I would. I can’t even speak on the doctor’s service because I could not even get past the rude and incompetent staff that answers the phone. I just moved here and have been trying for two weeks to schedule an appointment. Both staff members that took my calls were incredibly rude and abrasive. I had two doctors offices fax over my medical records and the receptionist told me that they haven’t gone through their faxes from last week without any apology or timeline for when they would sort through them.
