While the technicians are nice, my shellac nails chipped within a week and I noticed the tools they used aren’t sanitized.

Absolutely don’t go here even if you are desperate. I needed to get my bio gel removed and asked for a manicure - no colour no polish nothing. And they wanted to still charge my the same though I’m not using any resources. Because I was pressed for time I agreed. They did not even remove the bio gel. Just the colour. My nails were bumpy and ruined. Then they did a “manicure” with a toe nail cuticle cuter. Removed like one piece. My hands look like they have been to war. Gel was half on, no manicure was done.
