OUTSTANDING help. I was driving from Ontario to Northern sask, the wind dam on my new F150 lost a bolt or connector of some sort and had dropped down on the drivers side, I pulled into Melody on a Friday afternoon at 3pm to ask if they could help me out.The service adviser KELSEY had me drive in the shop, I drove out 5 minutes later. A couple of zip ties to hold it up till I could get back to my dealership. No Charge, that’s just old fashion service and small town kindness. Thank You.

The staff were weary warm and receptive. They weee all ready and eager to help. I had an amazingly good customer experience right from the receptionist to my sales person as well as the finance officer. Melody motors is highly recommended

Friendly staff, salesmen weren't pushy at all. The other employees entertained our kids as we dealt with our salesman. Melody motors offered a good price without having to barter. No hidden costs or surprises, I would come back again.
