Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. Got right on it. Able to explain trouble shooting process and provide well thought out options. Quick response to provide estimate and complete booking an appointment.
Very Disappointed and poor Experience with Colin at this dealer. Was dealing on an available truck (no deposit on it I was told) and after some negotiation we are at the final stage and wanted to go ahead with putting a deposit on it (I live a few hours away) but then was informed there was already a deposit on it. Just had hands down the WORST dealership experience I’ve ever had. Was looking at a used truck and wanted to ask some questions about it, was then told to leave because we were “picking apart the truck” and were never going to buy it anyways. After trying to explain that we just had some questions we were then kicked out. I will never return back here and will for sure to be telling everyone I know not to give these guys their business either.
Had a check engine light come on in our 2025 350 and my husband has to go back to work in Elkford in a few days- Melody was the only store that made and effort to get us in .. plus it’s great to come in and see all the friendly faces greet us and smother our puppy with affection ❤️ keep up the good work service department!
