Wowza! I had been looking for a larger SUV to accommodate my kids and all their activities with a budget that wouldn’t break the bank and boy did they deliver. I didn’t feel pressured like some salesmen make you feel and overall had 10/10 experience. I’ll be dealing with them in the future for sure.
Great experience all around. Was looking to purchase a new vehicle and went to Melody Ford and received amazing service. They found me a vehicle that I love at a great price. Staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. I will definitely buy another vehicle from Melody Ford in the future.
We were on holidays in Kimberly and had some car troubles. Went to Melody Ford with my 2018 Ford Edge and received excellent service and got us on the road again in no time!!! Everyone I dealt with was very welcoming and knowledgeable! I highly recommend Melody Ford whether for maintenance, repairs or buying a vehicle!!! Kudos to all the staff!!! Kept our vacation on track!!!
Buyers beware! Low balls you on your trade. Then agrees to a price, and when you’re ready to do the deal they tack on all the little extra that were to come with it. Truck was shown with mud flaps, floor mats. But when the price was agreed on they Tried to charging me 1200 for mud flaps! And 600 for floor mats! And told me the truck was being looked at by someone else! Complete BS as I called the other deal About the same truck!
