I was in town on a ski trip and had a loud clanking in my SUV. I suspected it was a loose heat shield and a local pointed me to Melody motors. They fit me in right away, confirmed my suspicion and fixed it within an hour. No overcharges, no upsell. And they were short staffed on Techs at the time, so they went out of their way to help. Great service from professional staff, thanks again for getting me out of a bind on vacation!
Bought our last three vehicles from Melody in Kimberley when under different management. The latest visit to attempt the purchase of two new vehicles was a far different experience than we have previously had. The honesty and integrity of this dealership has gone downhill, there was no transparency and frankly an attempt to overcharge on the X Plan at this dealership and our time was not valued. I wouldn't recommend this dealership. I was interested in a truck they had listed online and they were going to bring it to me to test drive. Good thing I went back to their website before as they changed the ad to a different truck without informing me. It seemed like they were just trying to bait me in with a lower price on a good truck and then switch it up on me. I felt really misled and disappointed.
Recently helped my daughter find and buy her new Bronco Sport. Brent, Melissa and Calvin all did a great job, respected her (and my) time and bent over backwards to make sure she got her new Ford, even working around her schedule to get the delivery done. Much better experience than I've had at other "local" Ford dealers. Great job!
