Dr. Reynolds is one of the top doctors. St. Luke’s University Health Network is truly lucky to have such an amazing physician on their team. I have never experienced a doctor like her, and I’m constantly in and out of medical appointments. Dr. Reynolds is amazing. She's kind and compassionate and actually listens. She never once disrespected me or invalidated my pain or feelings. I'm so glad I chose her to do my bilateral salpingectomy. It went super well and recovery has been a breeze. I'd definitely recommend her.
The other reviews are true: she is the most compassionate, genuine doctor I’ve met in the St Luke’s network. She doesn’t rush you, she treats you like you are personally important to her, not like a patient she has to treat. I met her through a very difficult situation and she was kind, caring, showed a servant’s heart (what??? Yes!), related to me, and encouraged me. If I could give 0 stars I would. Fertility treatment is hard enough without Dr. Reynolds’s consistently letting us down. She gets our results and does not respond for months when we actively try and get them. This is now the second time that it has taken months and have gotten nothing, as well as customer service letting me down when I tried to get help last time.
