Worst salon experience I’ve ever had. I went in for highlights and was assured by the stylist that she knew exactly how to do them. Instead, she bleached almost 60% of my hair using extremely harsh chemicals that caused a burning sensation on my scalp. It was incredibly painful and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she was so impatient with the process, rushing through it and not doing it properly. The end result? Jenny is amazing
Price is wonderful but the only thing i have a problem with is that there is only ONE person. Jenny is the only person cutting, dying, and styling so you end up waiting 3+ hours just to have a wash and cut. Appointments don’t matter. I had an appointment for 10:30am and now it’s 1:35pm and she still hasn’t seen me. Yes it’s a busy day for her but thats the issue… it’s only her! She seriously needs to hire more people because it’s way too much for 1 person.
Waited over 2 hours for hair service and was overcharged which I found out after my friend who went there and she has thicker hair.
