If I could give this agent 0 STARS, I DEFINITELY WOULD. DO NOT GO HERE. I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE. TERRIBLE SERVICE and Carol doesn't know how to do her job except for give you miscommunication about your policy. They never hold themselves accountable for the miscommunication and also neglect to elaborate on your policy, leaving you confused and uncovered at times (like me). Just recently got an agent from state farm for renters insurance. And luckily I got the best agent ever. I recommend asking for Samantha Villanueva. She is very respectful and helpful. Couldn't ask for a better agent.
