Not customer friendly on initial phone call. Rep was very interested on how I heard about them and when I said I was not involved in their marketing there was a pregnant pause. Next were the stipulations on a roof inspections...all in their favour. Finally I was asked if I had and how many estimates I received, which is none of their business. MELO ROOFING The workers that were here were unbelievably hard workers. They were very polite and did a great job. They worked from 7 am to 9 pm with a 15 minutes or so for lunch. They would not go home until the job was complete. I would recommend Melo anytime and ask Patrick to tell you what you need. The price was surprisingly reasonable.
