Absolutely loved my experience here today ! I have not gone to get my hair done in years!! Never took the time for self care.. when I decided to finally start again, I found Melo Hair and decided to try it out. Absolutely best choice ever ! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I had a wonderful haircut today at Melo. The stylist, Karis, was exceptional. Highly recommended.
Honestly. I’m not super happy about my cut, everything I asked for in terms of movement and giving me a refreshed look, was just not there. I did book with a senior stylist and mid way through my appointment I realized I don’t think my vision is being understood. I feel like a stylist should be able to look at your hair type and be able to create something that would work well. This is my second time going, the first was okay, not horrible. Karis is truly one of a kind. Her attention to detail is insane. She puts her heart and soul into your hair and you can really see how passionate she is by the results. 1 session, full lightening experience. The before and after speak for themselves I’d recommend her to anyone, especially my fellow blondes.
Worst experience ever. Booked a haircut a week in advance and they canceled it only 4 hours before the appointment due to staff shortages. Very inconvenient and disappointing. Don’t book here if you expect reliability.
