RecommendedPretty much anything and everything. All of the Melnor products I have purchased work flawlessly, and the one that broke... Well the replacement is on the way. What great customer service! I will never, ever buy any other brand. Melnor is the best!
Years ago I bought a hoze nozzle with a lifetime warranty on it. It only cost $12.99. Recently it got really sad and the writing had all worn off and the rubber on the thumb button was worn. I e-mailed a picture to Melnor and they sent me TWO new nozzles! I will never need to buy another hoze nozzle! The new ones are super heavy and much nicer than the old one. Thank you, Melnor! <3
$9 isn't a fortune, but I think it's fair to say it's pretty steep for a hose nozzle when you can buy 20' of actual hose for the same price. When you can buy something at the dollar store, but you decide to buy something a little higher quality, you expect to receive higher quality. What you don't expect is for it to stop working after one season of use, then have your email ignored/not answered for weeks when you attempt to take advantage of the product's "lifetime warranty". Steer clear of this brand people.
My sprinkler adjustment tabs snapped, and I remembered the product had a lifetime warranty. Called and got email address, sent picture of broken tab adjuster and a day later received a note from Randy Jackson, Customer Support Specialist who let me know that Melnor was sending out a replacement unit. The product is great...and the customer service is better. A joy to do business with this company...you should buy their products...

Good Product and Good Company. Many years ago I bought a Melnor Oscillating Sprinkler. Worked great until last week and the connection for the hose broke. I checked online for parts and saw that some of Melnor's sprinkler have a lifetime warranty. All that was needed was a sales slip and model number -- I had neither.
