I have used Melnor products for years and their products and especially their customer service is ALWAYS A++++++ Excellent !!
I bought a nozzle and after 1/12 years it leaked since I had a life time warranty I just contacted them and a replacement was sent right away. Great service.
Lost a part and Customer Service within a half hour had reply that they had located said part and were mailing to me N/C. Now that's SERVICE.
Great product and support! After a few years of daily use the product inevitably failed, but with a lifetime warranty I was quickly back up and running. I will continue to be a customer due to their superior products that are backed by a great warranty and swift service. Thank you Melnor!
August 2024..EDIT: Still buying and using Melnor gear but I wish the plastic screws and where they connected were made more durable. I would pay more for even a better built Melnor. But the customer service just continues to be top notch. Whenever I call about something I receive nott professional service.
