What a fantastic company who truly values their customers. I had an issue with one of their products which was ENTIRELY MY FAULT. And, yet they still opted to send me a replacement part without questions or hassle whatsoever. That is the epitome of great customer service. I’m so impressed. Older models of their sprinklers had some minor issues but the customer service is great and helpful. Currently have the XT oscillators and they are fantastic. Great spray pattern and doesn't linger at the turn around.
Great buying from Melnor. They replaced my water timer when I couldn't get it to adjust .
For a modest price the Melnor sprinkler is probably the best on the market. Every adjustment conceivable. Just set it and forget it until your through watering. Lasts a lifetime!
I couldn’t replace a piece I needed because mine was outdated. I sent an email to see if what I needed was available, it was not. The company sent me a new unit free of charge. It is making all the difference for keeping my garden and grass thriving in our 100 degree heat. Thank you for your generosity.
