I had a Melnor hose nozzle with a worn out trigger. Out of interest, I looked up Melnor's warranty on this item and saw it was covered. I reached out on their website and received an immediate and pleasant response asking if I could please provide a photo. This I did, and then immediately received another email saying they would replace to hose nozzle. I have always been a loyal purchaser of their hose nozzles as I like the design and spray options.
