Reached out to Melnor as the sprinkler head broke on one of their products I had purchased. The folks at Melnor sent a replacement (at no cost) with no questions asked. I had an impact sprinkler head with Tripod made by Melnor in 2016. It has worked like a champ all these years until one day it failed. I contacted customer support and they were great. They sent me a brand new head within a week and gave me directions on how to swap them out. It worked perfectly and I am a very happy customer.
