I bought a Melnor EZ-Valve 2-Way splitter last year. It worked great all season. I re-attached it this Spring and it leaked badly from the two toggle shutoff valves. Thinking it would be fixable I contacted Melnor online. They apologized for the inconvenience and asked for a photo of the product, contact and mailing information to send a replacement out asap. Great product and wonderful warranty! Customer service is excellent all the time we have used them for last 12 years ! Replaced our Sprayers when they started leaking, with no receipt, just photos of issue
Messaged to ask a question on repairs, and product was replaced no questions asked, even though the damage was do to my negligence
I reached out to support about a component breaking on the 2 sprinklers that I have purchased from Lowe’s less than a year ago. They immediately responded and offered replacements shipped to me under warranty. All just under 30 minutes. I love their sprinklers and will continue to support their product.
I had a small issue with a Tripod Sprinkler and contacted them. They were so professional and are sending me out a replacement even though I could not find my receipt! Excellent customer service! Will use again!!!!
