I bought a Melnor watering timer and it was stuck on and watering for hours. I checked on the website and it was quite easy to find customer service and send an email explaining the problem. The responded within hours with a couple questions to make sure I was using the product correctly. After my reply they said they would send a new unit, no request for receipt or unit number. This was a great customer service experience and sets a high bar for other companies to follow!

I have a 4 station water timer, that quit working. I contacted Melnor and they provided me with tips to possibly correct the issue. When they found out I couldn't get the timer to work, theyquickly remedied the issue sending me a new timer. GREAT customer service!
