I purchased four tires and installation from Mell’s Tire & Auto Service for approximately $478. Immediately after leaving the shop, my vehicle developed noticeable vibration and excessive highway tire noise that was not present before the installation. I contacted the shop right away to report the issue and seek a resolution. The tires installed were Suredrive Touring tires, which I later learned are a budget-brand tire. I can't say enough about this place! It is EPIC! the mechanics are amazing, customer'service is outstanding, price is reasonable & hours are fantastic. They go above and beyond. I am truly amazed. They will be my go to for all things related to my car going forward and I will recommend them to every person I know who may need mechanical work on their vehicles! I've been to the location on lynnway for tires and the one on Western Avenue for mechanical repairs, both places are amazing. I can only imagine their other locations ... read more
