When to replace 4 tires 4 TPMs balance they charge so much money and they almost strip bolts using excessive power they never programmed the TPMs the excuse was my computer can’t read the TPMs, come to find out before installing they never programmed and now they won’t own the mistake to take it out and programmed they want me to pay 200 extra to do the job when they should off done it the first time if they knew what they where doing. Lleve mi vehículo para alineación y balance dos veces,por que la primera vez quedo mala, me voy confiado de viaje largo y cuando reciso las llantas a que no adivinan? Necesito conprar unas nuevas, definitivamente nunca recomendaria este lugar para ese tipo de trabajo, si no quieres tener una mala experiencia no busques en este lugar.
I had a terrible experience at this tire shop. I went there twice for an alignment and balance, and both times they told me everything was fine. However, I could still feel that something was wrong with my car. I finally took it to the dealership, and they confirmed the alignment was completely off — so bad it almost damaged the steering system. Yet, this shop kept insisting it was fine. Very unprofessional and careless. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and avoid potential damage to your vehicle.
