Express lane took over an hour bc they drained my car then realized didn't have oil on site. Made an appointment for repairs under warranty. Arrived and waited for about an hour to then be told they wouldn't have time to look at it that day and wanted me to leave it there for up to 5 days (until they had time to get around to it I guess??)
