I recently visited the the service area and spoke with Ricardo. He was very pleasant and helpful. I explained what I was wanting to have done to my truck. He offered suggestions to get my truck sorted. I can't remember the service technicians name, but he was knowledgeable and helpful as well. They assured me that they could take care of my issue. Worst customer service from the men. They were so inconvenient that I had to take my vehicle in they took 5 hours just to look at it, and once it was done, it still took another hour just for them to tell me nothing was wrong. And they still tried charging 200 dollars just for looking at it. KNOWING IT WAS STILL UNDER WARRANTY
Needed ac seals for a 2018 jeep and parts department could not look up or find the right ones. Shouldn’t be hard to find ac condenser seal. He also hung up on me after he told me I had to come in person to match them. Don’t understand how parts people aren’t willing to help or do any work outside there little computer screen. It’s a wonder how they fix any cars over there.
