I cannot say enough good things about this place! They are “The Bomb”, when it comes to exceptional customer service and making sure they do the job right and their customers are safe! Chris Carrejo is someone you can trust and that is a huge asset in today’s environment! He had my back more than State Farm, my own insurance company and actually intervened on my behalf on a second hand part they wanted him to use! Don’t bother shopping around. Just go see Chris and his wonderful crew!
BEST customer service ever! I was recently involved in a hit and run accident and had my car fixed here. Rick was absolutely wonderful to work with! He even called every once in a while to check in and let me know the status. When I picked up my car, it was in better condition than when I purchased it. Amazing service. Genuine care. Can't find that anywhere else!

Wow. Amazing customer service. Rick went above and beyond to assist me and he even put on a spare for me and let me know of different options in town (for a new tire), including the Melloy Collision repair shop. Absolutely NO pressure to get service at Melloy. They truly care about the customers... Not about making a quick Buck. This place is the best I've seen in NM. I started out to give a stellar review in regard to the work and service provided by this business. Upon having my vehicle back for a couple of days, I started finding that parts were not replaced (left in the back seat) and other things were removed but not put back before I picked up the vehicle. When I asked about this, I did receive an apology, but that I need to make a trip back to Albuquerque to have the parts installed or pick up my accessory.
