I lived at Mellowbrook for a couple years and absolutely loved it! It’s quiet, safe, friendly, and clean! Every aspect of the property is so well kept. The landlords are top tier- keeping tenants up to date on all things and up-keeping all the amenities. I truly have no complaints and would highly recommend it!
A beautiful place to live. I was there for all of my 4 years of medical school. The gym, pool and pickleball court are always perfectly maintained along with the everything else. The apartments are spacious and the landlords, Stacy and Lance are super friendly and always on top of any complaints you may have. Great people to have as landlords and a wonderful place to live. 10/10 would recommend.
MellowBrook is quiet and safe. You can't beat the amenities, distance to Pikeville and most importantly the price. Perfect place for a family that are just starting out!
This is the first time I have lived alone and it has been amazing. Stacy and Lance have a kind and compassionate heart willing to assist in whatever need I had. I loved the last eight years here.
My husband and I lived here for around 5 years and we loved it. I have never seen such a well kept place. They also ensure the safety of the community from the tenants they select. It really is a safe and inviting place. The gym, pool, and grounds were always so well kept. We got to know Buford Rose while living there and he was such a kind and hardworking man.
