My husband and I ate at Mellow Mushroom at Somerset, KY. We ordered a medium pizza and 2 waters. TO make a long story short, the waiter Matthew charged another party's bill on my credit card. I brought to his attention and he assured me it was fixed. I told him I would save my receipt and if it was not fixed I would be back. Well a couple weeks afterward I got my credit card statement with a 70.00 charge on it dated 12/31/2025, the date this occurred. The pizzas were awesome a little pricey but worth it. We will be coming in to eat next time to get the full experience.

Great service great personalities great sense of humor very professional good food clean Great customer service. I just really enjoy. Come to this place and eat very great atmosphere. Best restaurant I’ve ever been to.
