We came in after a graduation with a large party and were seated fairly quickly! Our server, Carlton, immediately came up to greet us. He was kind, attentive, and overall a pleasure! The food was great and the live music had us dancing at our table.
I tried calling ahead. The hostess said it needed to be six or over to call ahead. I explained I wanted to avoid a 20-minute wait, and she pretended to not hear me so the manager would think that we were communicating instead of the hostess trying to bulldoze me. It’s too bad. My party of five would have enjoyed the food. Maybe the standards are too mellow for my satisfaction.
Carlton was exceptional... provided great customer service
Carlton was great. He was professional. Knowledgeable of your food. He was fun, great sense of humor and polite. I would ask for him again😊
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would build Carlton his own constellation in the sky.✨✨✨ From the moment my best friend and grandmas sat down, Carlton didn’t just serve us, he orchestrated our evening like a maestro with a tray. I’m not saying he has superpowers, but I am saying my drink was refilled before I even realized it was empty. HOW??
