We started with a 25 minute wait to be seated, which is typical for a weekend so that was expected, after we were seated it was more than 10 minutes before the waitress appeared and took drink orders, it took over 20 minutes to receive those drinks, at this point we've only seen the waitress twice. I ordered the Holy Shiitake pizza and a pepperoni pizza for pickup, both gluten‑free due to an allergy. The order was ready quickly, and the food was genuinely delicious. The gluten‑free pizzas were impressive. The texture and flavor were spot‑on, which is hard to find with gluten‑free dough. They had great taste, a nice bite, and didn’t feel like a compromise at all. Overall, a smooth pickup, great service, and outstanding gluten‑free options. I’ll definitely be back when back in the STL area.

The pizza is excellent!! Had the Buffalo Chicken was a great experience. Some good options on draft too. Really recommend this place.
