Customer service is absolutely terrible. Last week during a not busy time, we waited an hour after ordering and didn’t ever receive our food. Turns out it was never put in. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and a week later did an online order. Goes in to get my order and I was informed that the printer was down and my order didnt get put in. Both times I spoke with someone in management with no offer to help resolve this frustration and incompetence from the restaurant.
Food was great.
My family and I called Older Large Pizza. The biggest one they had. They told us it would be $30. We go there, and pick up the pizza. It's a regular large pizza that was burnt. And I said it's supposed to feed 6 people. They said well. We can cut the pieces in half again to make more pizza pieces. So we picked it up and went to Little Caesars. Picked up a large pizza from them instead of $30. It was $12 a pizza was nice in bigger than the $30 pizza.
Food is great but service was a little slow.
