Had an absolute horrible experience at the one downtown Chattanooga complained about it in person and online got an absolute horrible email back called corporate was told. I would hear something in 72 hours now I’m being completely ignored. It’s been almost 2 weeks. The pictures I attached the first one is my review. The second one is the email I received back from From their management. Will never eat here again.

BAD rewards program--can't get them and nobody cares enough to help you when you call them at the restaurant.
Don’t know what’s going on with quality these days, Mellow mushroom Eatonton, Ga. Waitstaff is awesome, your pizza is not! Get a pizza oven!!! I asked for well done, you didn’t, I called your corporate office and that’s basically nonexistent, you lost a customer, learn to cook a pizza……. Great service for terrible pizza !
I have called several times to place an order & the phone just rings. I show up in person they aren't even busy at all. Don't like the attitude of the cashier when i ask about the phone it's just an eye roll & i don't know. So i call the # in front of her it don't ring. zero effort was made to see why the ringer was off. Piss poor lack of concern so now bec i have a time restriction i have to place the order in person & drive back later to pick it up just ridiculous!!!
