BAD rewards program--can't get them and nobody cares enough to help you when you call them at the restaurant.
Don’t know what’s going on with quality these days, Mellow mushroom Eatonton, Ga. Waitstaff is awesome, your pizza is not! Get a pizza oven!!! I asked for well done, you didn’t, I called your corporate office and that’s basically nonexistent, you lost a customer, learn to cook a pizza……. Great service for terrible pizza !
I have called several times to place an order & the phone just rings. I show up in person they aren't even busy at all. Don't like the attitude of the cashier when i ask about the phone it's just an eye roll & i don't know. So i call the # in front of her it don't ring. zero effort was made to see why the ringer was off. Bn going to this mellow mushroom (johnson city tn.) 3 times a wk for the past 10 yrs, we usually enjoy the patio, sometimes sit inside at the bar area, today we sat on the restaurant side because I had my granddaughter (9) . 7 of our friends were on the bar side so we wanted to sit in the corner of the restaurant side close to our friends, our server immediately expressed an attitude but she let us move. We were a party of 8 who went to the MM in Providence Huntsville, Al Thursday 11/13/25. We are all local and go 1-2 times a week. The Thursday night bartender is excellent! We always sit in the bar area, order food and alcohol. We are ages 59-71, not youngsters. On this particular night there were 2 basketballs games on and 1 football game.
