Because the music was so loud, our server misunderstood our order. The restaurant did correct and accommodate gracefully, but they lost money on our meal. We won't return unless the overwhelming music/talk (not customer conversation) is reduced. We could barely hear each other. Otherwise the service and food were excellent.
Always an abysmal Togo experience, I wonder under what circumstance one needs to lace an order and have it on time, how many days in advance do you need?
