I came in there on my lunch break about 11:40am 8/5/25 whoever the manger was on duty had the worse attitude I ordered a slice of pizza with him and waited 25 mins and never got it had to head back to work the way he talking to other guest as well was unacceptable he is not representing the company well at all and I won’t be back
Absolute horrible service on Sunday 8/3 about 6:30p. Took almost 30 minutes to even get our drinks. Then the food started to come out before they even started cooking the appetizer, after over 45 minutes into sitting there we had 3 of 4 meals and no appetizer yet. The 4th meal never came and the other food was cold waiting on it. Then the appetizer finally came out. Absolutely horrible experience. Service was ridiculously slow. Drinks came out one at a time over a 15 minute period (there were four of us). Appetizer came out 10 minutes after three of the four meals (it was toast and queso!). When the fourth meal didn't come out, we were informed that they were just starting to make it... Let me just say the service here is terrible! I walked in, got seated, and not one person came over to take my order, ask what I wanted to drink, or even acknowledge me. A waitress looked directly at me and still didn’t come over. After sitting there with no service, I got up and walked out. I will not be returning.
