Great Pizza One of the best pizza's I've had. I have also heard their calzones and great as well. Would definetely visit them again!
BDesk Used to think it was great but the food quality has been really off lately. Undercooked pizza and a calzone that was only recognizable as a calzone because it said that's what it was on the menu. Good atmosphere but ratchet up the quality of the food preparation. Too many misses.
Great pizza I've been going to the Mushroom for 3 years, as do many coworkers in downtown Raleigh. I love their pizzas and salads. Service is pretty good most of the time. Even when I ordered at the counter for takeout it was fast. I love the outdoor patio for nice weather and people watching. I'll keep going back -I highly recommend the place. Quite a variety of patrons, college students, business people, moms with young ones at lunch. The only bad thing is that you can't get slices at dinner, only available at lunch.
Great Pizza The Mellow Mushroom has become a great eatery in the downtown Raleigh area. An eclectic crowd --- from coat and tie Sunday goers to the bohemian girls with unshaved legs all come to this pizza parlor. Great food at great prices. There is a nice outside area - but unfortunately dogs are not allowed! The beers are ICE cold and the servers are good and service is fast. You can NOT go wrong at the Mellow Mushrrom Pizza Bakery.
Love it! This is a great place to have a beer and some pizza after a long day at work. They have a nice patio outside. It's almost always packed,but you never have to wait long for a seat. The pizza is fantastic and the staff is very friendly. I also love the decor! It's bright and fun!
bad service...great pizza. Theres a reason why they call the mellow mushroom mellow...nd it has everything to do with their service. If you don't mind waiting...and waiting...and waiting, they you'll love the mellow mushroom.
