I was told when I was in there on Thursday 9/07/23, that Sunday 9/10/23 would be the last day that location would be open. That just the uptown and Ballentyne locations would remain.
We ordered food online. When we got there the person behind the counter just looked at us and said”name” . Then told us to have. Seat it wasn’t ready. -10 mins later my husband went back up to counter to verify we were in correct location, we are not from Charlotte. Again with no expression on her face asked the name, then realized our food was ready when we got there but she didn’t bother to look in the heated box. Pizza good. Cheese steak dryyyyyyyy. Did not put what I asked on it. No mayo or onion. Just dry. Lady with long braids at the counter was not friendly at all. Set where ever she said... umm ok then
