Customer service absolutely horrifying. Ate here tonight as we love this establishment and the food is always fire! We sat outside tonight as the weather is beautiful, but we waited a bit for the server and then when she showed up she was less than enthusiastic and let us know she was not happy about having to serve us outside as she was too busy for it…. Solid sourdough pizza as always!
I ate at Mello Mushroom last Weds on Roan in Johnson City. I hate posting negative reviews - but how this place is in business is beyond me. They need to do better. 13 of us were there for lunch. Very few other customers in the place. Our server was horrible. The restaurant knew in advance we’d be there. No plates, silverware or napkins on the table. 4 of us got salads.
