So I've eaten here multiple times and every time the food was great. However the wait staff haven't been very attentive at all. Our drinks was never refilled, silverware had to be requested I finally had to walk up to the counter to get my check after a long wait... I will continue to go here. But there definitely needs to be some dramatic changes in how their customers are taken care of.
Firstly, our server was really wonderful..Asher was friendly, polite and engaging..love the pizza, so fresh! Will definitely be back.
I love to eat at mellow mushroom. Hadn't been to the one in Johnson City in a minute. I go in there to place a to go order and the host tells me that I should just do it online instead. To me I feel like that's not great customer service if I wanted to come in there to place my order and you're telling me to just do it online while I'm inside. I know that doesn't seem like a big deal to some but it urked me.
GOOD PIZZA
Great food and the restaurant is very clean. They ha e quality customer service very friendly and professional. The prices are descent.
