First, service was slow. We went on a Sunday and were only one couple of a handful of people. It took 30 minutes just to get the appetizer. And the pretzel we ordered tasted like a breadstick, the mustard it came with was mustard out a bottle (for 6$ I expected more). Second, my hoagie was "toasted" into a crouton.
