They have the worst customer service and delivery is horrible. Do not expect your pizza on time and they have no clue when you call. Never again.
The food is pretty good. But I'm super disappointed that they got rid of the cinnamon sugar and honey pretzels. They were my go-to dish, and I'm really not into Mellow Mushroom since they were removed. After they were discontinued, you used to be able to order them as a sort of 'secret' menu item, but you can't anymore. Also, they do not accept NFC tap-to-pay payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay, etc.).
