Scheduling was impossible and they are extremely unaccommodating.
My mother bought me a gift card worth $170.00 ! I go to schedule an appointment and they are permanently closed! I just received the gift card less than one month ago! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED 😡😡

I purchased a spa package for my mother for her birthday and she loved it so much that I just purchased more for Christmas gifts. At this point I was actually an employee, and the owner still did not show up for the appointment that was scheduled for my mother, even after she waited nearly an hour for her service. This was not the first of appointments that, although they are confidential, were not shown up to by the owner and the client was not notified until they already arrived at the spa.
