My first massage ever. I was a little nervous about going. Dont be. I've been having chronic back pain for 2 years. I've had pt, decompression therapy and steroid injections with little success. After a 1 hour deep session I have significantly less pain. Plus the experience was so relaxing. I really needed this. And enjoyed it. One of the best things I've ever done for myself. Definitely going back.
