Not worth the money, i expected a better pedi than i got it was something i could have done my self.
Went in a few months ago around 830-845pm and had a good experience. However I tried calling tonight for my wives birthday (super last min. I know ) knowing she had a rough day and the lady I spoke with basically told me I was lying, they've never taken anyone that late, all while raising her voice and speaking over me as I was trying to explain in a little more detail our first visit. We were visiting from out of town and our first visit to the spa. It was very nice. Customer service is excellent. Everyone was very nice and friendly; patiently explaining to us the procedures. We were at the Arden spa. My therapist was Christina. She was friendly and put me at ease. Worked the knots out my back and made some recommendations to help reduce buildup of stress in my muscles. Great, relaxing day.
I had the best day. I was met with a friendly staff member and escorted to the locker room to change. I was then escorted to the lounge for a foot rub and a paraffin dip. I had a massage and she asked had deep or I wanted the massage. She was great as I had a stiff neck and she worked on it. My last stop was a facial which was great and thorough.
