This company is the best out there ! My central AC stopped working the night of July 1, 2026 ,right during the heat wave! The next morning, I called At 7 AM and Ricky Mellott picked up the phone on the first ring. I was truly amazed when he said he could come later that afternoon at 4 PM. He arrived promptly at 4 :00. My AC unit is older, but he was able to repair it quickly and at a very reasonable rate. The job was done and my AC was back up and running no more than 30 minutes later! Penny from East coast real estate got them to come over to fix our bathtub that wouldn’t drain. Came on time and got it done in a timely manner and kept it clean overall. Services 10/10

Happy to say that Rick responded promptly after waking up to an emergency on a Saturday and was able to diagnose and solve a plumbing and septic issue quickly, then follow up the next day. Great experience and I recommend.

We received excellent service at a great price. Mellott was very prompt and took care of our problem in a pinch. We will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs in Berkeley Springs!

Dealing with RICKEY was an absolute pleasure. He responded quickly and showed up and fixed our problem. I thought pricing was fair and he is coming back to fix a faucet problem. I highly recommend this company. It’s nice to know somebody is not out to rip you off.
