This was our "second opinion" when we had trouble with our sewer line. The first quote was 3 times higher than the one Ricky gave us, and they didn't even do the job we paid them for. I wish we had called Ricky first! He did an amazing job cleaning things out and fixing things up, so now everything is running smoothly. He came to our house quickly, showed me what needed to be done (even invited me to look at the camera so I could see for myself!) and then he did it! Ricky came out on Sunday put a new pump pump wire and pressure switch. Found problem and repaired it to last . He knows his business very well. Very respectful and polite. He’s our plumber now . Debbie and I are very pleased

Ricky was on time and the work was completed in the timeframe quoted and for the exact price quoted. I will be using Mellott for all my service work going forward.

This man scheduled to come out on Mother’s Day to check our septic tank—he chose the day, not us. So we canceled our plans and stayed home. He said he'd be here mid-morning. My husband, who works night shifts, stayed up over 24 hours just to be available. No show. No call. Just silence. When my husband finally texted to check in, this guy didn’t answer or apologize—he just sent a text an hour later saying he was “servicing other houses” and would be by after.
