Im not sure if this company is just disorganized or understaffed. I ordered trailer parts and waited about 3 weeks before getting the parts and had to call several times to even get them to order the parts. When I received the parts some were incorrect and I was expected to take care of shipping to get a refund even though not enough questions were asked by them to get the correct parts. Lost a trailer wheel grease cover while on a trip. Stopped in and had what we needed at a reasonable price. In out and back on the road!
These guys are the absolute best trailer mechanics between here and Louisville Kentucky. I’ve stopped at 4 other mechanics on the way here and none of them could fix the problem with my trailer lights. These guys did it and they didn’t gouge me on the price. I’d give them 100 stars if I could.
My father rented a trailer from them for a car he was going to haul, the tire popped and shredded out. My father called the shop to ask who was going to come out and change the tire. they said it was not their problem and they aren’t paying for it. My father sat on the side of the highway for an hour, waiting for a tire shop to make it to him. Since they don’t keep spare tire on the trailers. The guy that changed the tire said it was a 6 ply tire, so if you do rent from them check the tires.
