I know the owners. I wouldn't trust Mark and Linda Mellor with anything let alone rent something from them
I was in need of a key trailer part and they had it in stock. They assisted me and ensured I was good to go. Thanks to them I was able to get back on the road in record time. Thank you for the great customer service.
Im not sure if this company is just disorganized or understaffed. I ordered trailer parts and waited about 3 weeks before getting the parts and had to call several times to even get them to order the parts. When I received the parts some were incorrect and I was expected to take care of shipping to get a refund even though not enough questions were asked by them to get the correct parts. Even after giving then the correct info i had to go to another company for the correct parts because they couldbt seem to find them. Terrib... read more
