They were great with me, always took care of my needs quickly, whether it be for my central vacuum or my security system. I would recommend the company, definitely care about their security customers.

Lousy and ineffective services!! I have had 5-6 false alarms in two weeks. MUILTIPLE appointments by the same inept and rude technician again and again for no positive results. STAY AWAY FROM MELLON. I totally regretted to have kept them from the last owner after the purchase of the home. I am looking to find a better security company. I mean, I don't expect much - just a security company that does its job and don't give me problems, troubles and etc. I don't need 5-6 false alarms in 2 weeks. Having read the other listed reviews, I felt compelled to offer a more positive experience. I have been using Mellon for both home and office alarm installations, upgrades, and monitoring for over 30 years. They have always been professional, reliable, and courteous. I also had them fix up my office ambient music system to work properly, adding connection boxes to equalize output to speakers in different rooms and not damage receiver-amp producing the sound. Their fees are also very reasonable.
Worst service I have ever gotten. Big project for them 40 doors and 40 windows and they never called back. Find another security company that is more respectable, this one isn't worth anybody's time.
