The teams that showed up were great, friendly, and explained things well.
Crew was very courteous and professional! Jeremy and Shawn kept us informed along the way and worked around our schedules. ADRI was able to work with insurance company to get a portable storage pod on site to store property during cleanup - made it an easier/faster process. They also took care to protect their walking paths in the house.
I would NOT even give this company ONE STAR! There is no communication between their team. They try to threaten you about payments without speaking to you like a normal person. I have had the MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this company and would not allow my WORST ENEMY to have to deal with them. The only reason I went with them in the first place is because my insurance company had me pick them (worst decision ever). Never again! Don’t let my BAD DECISION be yours!!
