Top notch mobile home park owned by the City of Boise. Carlo is an excellent manager. It feels more like a neighborhood from the past. Neighbors are very neighborly!
It's a nice little trailer park
Staying with my Grandma out here (since I just moved) until I can find a place of my own. It's extremely clean, peaceful, and aesthetically nothing like the mobile home parks im used to from where I'm from. Seeing grass and trees, all of which are green and well maintained, makes for a very pleasant view. My grandma has said all her neighbors are very nice, which I can't attest to as I've not really had a conversation with anyone, but that also goes in to the point of it being peaceful. Very relaxing.
I came to a bid agreement on a trailer in this park and went through all the paperwork just to be denied for the rental space. I understand I may not be qualified but I payed $33 and NON of my references were even checked. It was embarrassing and I felt as if I was just taken for $33. Could have taken my kids out to ice cream insted.
