Great service and staff
Placed an order online for a part I needed and a week later they canceled it without any explanation
This was a disappointing experience renting bikes for a weekend trip to Rome. We told the staff our heights when making the reservation, but when we arrived, the bikes were much too small and they said that they didn't have any others available. The bikes were not well maintained, as one had very old tires and it was almost impossible to break the bead when fixing a flat, and both rear derailleurs had indexing problems. I brought in my e-bike to fix the flat tire and the lady at the counter she was all around kind,patient and just friendly the atmosphere in the building was cozy it was just such a welcoming place. The guy who fixed the flat he was quick,efficient,knew what he was doing he was amazing I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in and out without paying a fortune
A decent sized shop with a lot of variety. The owner and his crew are really phenomenal mechanics, and the bikefitter upstairs is absolutely top-notch.
