I brought in my e-bike to fix the flat tire and the lady at the counter she was all around kind,patient and just friendly the atmosphere in the building was cozy it was just such a welcoming place. The guy who fixed the flat he was quick,efficient,knew what he was doing he was amazing I definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in and out without paying a fortune
A decent sized shop with a lot of variety. The owner and his crew are really phenomenal mechanics, and the bikefitter upstairs is absolutely top-notch.
Really friendly, helpful staff here. Good at fixing weird strange problems, nice selection of parts and acessories, good taste in handlebars. They've got a decently laid-out ramp and a double-wide front door, which is a nice feature I'm surprised I don't see on more bike shops. Could use a hold-open for the door swing. I'd come here more often if I didn't have a thunderstorm or tornado break out every single time I visit Syracuse.
Great atmosphere and friendly staff. I give this shop a 10/10! I had my toddler with me and the guys didn't even bat an eye when she had to touch everything. The bike I brought in was fixed very quickly and the prices are super reasonable! Thanks Mello Velo for treating my Bahboo so well
