I used Mello Tile for two bathroom installations. Chad was very professional, knowledgeable and took his time explaining our options for tile layout and to ensure that we were happy with the end result. He answered all my questions, always showed up on time and we are very happy with the completed bathrooms.
I RECEIVED AN ESTIMATE FROM CHAD MELLO IN MARCH OF 2018 TO HAVE THREE BATHROOMS DONE. I TOLD CHAD THAT I WOULD UTILIZE HIS SERVICES AND I WOULD GIVE HIM SEVERAL MONTHS NOTICE AS TO WHEN WE WOULD NEED HIM. AS THE TIME CAME CLOSE I CALLED, E-MAILED AND TEXTED CHAD. CHAD DID NOT RESPOND WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A FEW MESSAGES RESPONDING THAT HE WAS BUSY AND WOULD GET BACK TO ME SOON. IN THE END I HAD TO SCRAMBLE AND FIND SOME ELSE. CHAD LEFT ME HANGING.
