I've been going to Mello Hair Salon for nearly three years, and they are absolutely amazing! They consistently do a fantastic job with eyebrow threading, always precise, gentle, and professional. I recently paid $40 for my 12-year-old son’s haircut due to his "long hair that I don’t agree as I never got comment from any other saloon, which was not mentioned on your rate list. This feels unfair, especially as I’ve never encountered such charges in Melbourne. Please ensure any extra fees are clearly listed in the menu, so customers are aware beforehand.
