Initially hesitant to move here, I am so thankful I did! Meeting Ellie and Grace (the two office managers) helped me feel more comfortable making the decision as they were so friendly, helpful, and did not pressure me into anything. Great place if you have kids and or just want a quiet place to live you’ll hear kids every now and again but very quiet and nice it may be on a hill but everything’s within walking distance and the managers, Miss Grace and Mrs Allie will try to work with you if you need help and there are 2 medium sized pool on the property

At least have some signs at the laundry rooms stating the business that will be conducted during that day if somehow emails were not sent to everybody, that would save a lot of frustration and calling for folks.

Both of my toilets needed a complete overhaul, both bathrooms needed new cove base, I was missing a cutting board, and a few other minor repairs. Today my air conditioner had a leak and needed a new filter. Both the repair and filter were addressed on the same day. I never have to wait long for ANY maintenance issue. The parking is adequate and a short walk to my door. I'm 73 and that's important for me when carrying in gr... read more
