Not very great at communicating promptly. Was trying to do laundry this morning, leasing agent claimed emails were sent out. Never received one at all. At least have some signs at the laundry rooms stating the business that will be conducted during that day if somehow emails were not sent to everybody, that would save a lot of frustration and calling for folks.

I have lived here at Mellmanor for 9 years and when I first moved in my apartment needed a lot of work. Both of my toilets needed a complete overhaul, both bathrooms needed new cove base, I was missing a cutting board, and a few other minor repairs. Today my air conditioner had a leak and needed a new filter. Both the repair and filter were addressed on the same day. I never have to wait long for ANY maintenance issue. If you’re looking for quite and safe community this is the place lived there for 5 years never had any problems I highly recommend Mellmanor apartments
